As part of our ongoing process to improve and secure Aspen, our student information system, we will be changing how all users login to the Aspen Parent Portal. We will also be moving Back to School “paperwork” into the Aspen Parent Portal. This is a change from last summer when LMS/LHS Back to School forms were done on a different online platform, and elementary paper forms were sent home at the start of the year. Below are the details of this change.
New Aspen Parent Portal Logins
Parent Portal user accounts have been updated to the email address we have on record for your contact information. Over the past few weeks, we have worked to ensure all students have at least one parent/guardian with an email address on record, who will be able to access the Aspen Parent Portal.
All contacts have been sent an email confirmation with your new Parent Portal login information.
Please be sure to login using all lowercase letters for your email address.
Passwords are case sensitive and may be a combination of upper and lowercase
Check the URL the new address for the Aspen Parent Portal is now https://nh-londonderry.myfollett.com/
If you know your login ID but not your password you can use the "Trouble Logging In?" link on the homepage.
If you are still having an issue logging in or if you need support completing the online forms please use our support form https://forms.gle/XYJ1AF4UvW97NayZ8 even if you have previously submitted an email to IT for help.
Traditionally, the Londonderry School District has sent home paper packets at the start of each school year. This required the printing of many thousands of pages and countless hours of work by our administrative assistants and parent volunteers each summer. This summer, all required forms will be completed in our updated Aspen Parent Portal. The following student information will need to be reviewed and/or updated for each student before the start of the school year:
Student Information
· Address
· Contact phone numbers and emails
· Legal information (parenting plans, court orders, orders of protection)
Health Information
· Physician name and phone number
· Medical condition, illnesses or operations, physical disabilities and/or restrictions
· Allergies
· OTC medication approval forms
· Prescription medications and self-administration of medications (Doctor signed forms must be brought to the school nurse at the start of the year along with medication)
Policies and Procedures
· Laptop and Chromebook agreements
· Student handbook agreements
· Technology application agreements
Optional forms, such as: PTO and Friends of Music memberships, free and reduced lunch applications and general school information, will be sent home via a welcome back to school email by your student’s principal before the start of the school year.
(it should take no more than 15 minutes to complete the forms for each student)
