Staff Technology and Course Technology Support

Staff Members that are in need of Technology or Course Technology Support should fill out a Help Ticket on the Info Site. Staff can find the Info Site while at work by clicking the icon on their desktop. If you are working from home please visit privateinfo.londonderry.org to enter a Help Ticket. If you have an emergency and cannot access the Info Site staff should contact Ryan Barrett (Contact Info Page)

Testing Support Request

To better stream line Standerdized Testing that you would like Technology Staff available for please complete this form at least two weeks before the testing window. If you have questions please contact Ryan in the IT Office at the High School (Contact Info Page).

Printing Confidential Documents

If you need to print confidential documents, you can place a hold on your print, which means it will not come out of the printer until you arrive and enter a PIN number. To do this, you will need to adjust the printer settings on your computer and then enter the PIN on the printer. Here are the steps to complete this process.Â
