Staff Technology and Course Technology Support

Staff Members that are in need of Technology or Course Technology Support should fill out a Help Ticket on our Incident IQ (IIQ) Portal. Printing Confidential Documents

If you need to print confidential documents, you can place a hold on your print, which means it will not come out of the printer until you arrive and enter a PIN number. To do this, you will need to adjust the printer settings on your computer and then enter the PIN on the printer. Here are the steps to complete this process.
