(PaperCut should automatically pop up on your screen prompting you to sign in. This will not be necessary every time you print)
These are the four print options available. Black and white one sided, black and white double sided, color one sided or color double sided. Choose the appropriate option. Please note, if you choose a color print, these will only print to the color copiers in the district. Black and white options will print to any copier.
You will notice that the copiers are now equipped with scanners. You may scan the barcode on your badge or enter your employee ID number using the keyboard on the copier. Your employee ID number can be found in Munis under personal information if you do not know it.
Please note that you are now able to utilize this retrieval method in any building in the district.
Once you scan your badge or enter your ID number, you will see a screen of options for printing, scanning and copying.
If you have waiting documents, you can simply touch “Print All” to release all of your print jobs.
If you choose “Print Release” you will see a list of all pending documents and you can choose which you’d like to print.
This is a great option if you printed something and then realized you needed to make changes, and printed it again. Tap one or multiple pending documents to select them and tap the print button.
Any unreleased documents will disappear after 8 hours.
Place the document on the copier as you normally would, scan your badge or enter your employee ID number and tap “Scan.” Your scan options will appear as seen below. Choose how you’d like to receive your scans.
Scan to my email - OCR creates a searchable document
Scan to my email creates a traditional scanned document
Scan to my Google Drive will create a Scanned from PaperCut folder in your Google Drive where all your future scans can be sent.
Scan to my OneDrive will create a Scanned from PaperCut folder in your OneDrive where all your future scans can be sent.
If you choose Google Drive or OneDrive, you will receive an email from PaperCut that you must click on to give permission for access to the other platforms before your scan will appear.
Once the documents have been fed through, you can tap “finish” to send the pages.
Place the document on the copier as you normally would, scan your badge and choose “Copy.”
Choose your copy settings and tap “Start.”
Remember to logout of Papercut by clicking the icon in upper right corner of the copier screen.
Please put in a ticket in Incident IQ and your building IT support will assist you.
